One, ink

If the hue deviation of the ink is too large, it is difficult to control the hue consistency through other methods. Secondly, the amount of ink added to the ink tray each time is required to be less, in order to keep adding new ink frequently, especially some patterns with less ink. The effect of printing plates on hue is mainly manifested in:

1. Blocked version. The amount of ink transferred at this time is reduced, thereby affecting the hue. So clean the plate with detergent and print it in normal condition.

2, the wear of the printing plate. When the number of printing plates is large, the hue changes as the degree of wear increases, and overall it becomes lighter. To solve this problem, if the printing batch is large, and often printed varieties, you can dilute some of the ink in the new version, and then gradually reduce the degree of dilution as the print volume increases, until no longer dilute.

The changes in hue are mainly related to the above issues, but they are also closely related to proofing and signing. Can say that does not solve the problem of the sample, the control of the hue is simply inadequate, many printing companies are printing a sample first, and then let the customer confirm the effect of formal printing. When printing samples, it is very critical, it directly affects the ability to control the hue. Summarized in one sentence is that the sample should be printed under normal printing conditions, and printing in an abnormal state cannot be performed in order to pursue a certain hue. The normal printing status includes the following aspects.

The viscosity of the ink should be suitable. Excessive viscosity is not conducive to the transfer of the ink, and it is easy to produce a paste. In particular, the black ink, if it is in the state of large viscosity, it is impossible to print for a long time. Will certainly paste version, so that the printed product scrapped. When the viscosity is too small, static electricity is prone to occur, and it is also unfavorable to control the hue.

The ink is best mixed in old and new. If it is to use printing time is too long, the hue has changed ink proofing is also difficult to maintain the hue consistent. The reason is very simple, because these same inks are not added, only new inks are added, and the hue of the new ink is different from the hue of the original ink.
The position of the blade in contact with the plate should be appropriate. If the sample is printed at a distance between the position where the doctor blade touches the plate and the position where the roller contacts the plate, during the formal printing, it is difficult to transfer the film on the ink in some places with a shallow screen. There will be flowers on the product. When the distance is shortened in an attempt to clear these flowers, the hue will certainly change. Of course, if it is printed on the ground, this problem does not exist.

Most of the control of the hue is to control the mixing effect of a plurality of colors, the above is for one color change.
