Common aluminum hydroxide often contains aluminum oxide, which is insoluble in water. Since the aluminum hydroxide is easily decomposed in water, the degree of emulsification of the ink is increased in printing, so that the print is dried more slowly. Wiley oil is generally used as a dilute agent for multi-color overprint inks for common products. It can reduce the viscosity of the ink, the color is uniform, the white oil has no dryness, the pine contains moisture, and the ink accelerates the emulsification. In the offset printing process, in order to change the printability of the ink, or to reduce the viscosity of the ink, often add non-drying accessories such as de-bonding agent, basically does not affect the gloss and fluidity of the ink color, but can not use too much, The content in the ink is less than 5%, because of its non-dryness and permeability of the material, it is easy to cause the imprint of the slow drying of the imprint.

The stronger the acidity of the fountain solution, the slower the drying time of the ink.
