Recently, researchers from Bradman-Lake in the United Kingdom have developed a three-side sealed bag making and packaging machine, model Fec Triliner II, which has been on the market. The three-sided sealing bag adopts a newly designed multi-function machine. Within a set size range, the bag production efficiency can reach 250 per minute. With this set of features, the conversion time of the bag size can be reduced to a minimum. The drive section of the bag making machine allows the mechanical shaft rotating gears and the turntable to be controlled by fiber optic cables. The conveyor equipped with a rubber gripper transported the pockets to the newly designed rotating table and rotated the pockets by 90 degrees, thus completing the entire process of the three-sided sealed packaging.
