1. System conditions and program requirements

The unit is a juvenile correctional institution. In the classroom, TV programs are often used to carry out ideological education and skill training for prisoners. To facilitate unified management, it is necessary to control and manage each terminal TV in the main control room. In this issue, 50 classes are planning to build a CCTV system. The requirements are as follows:
Able to broadcast local cable TV programs.
Ability to live broadcast the leadership speech.
The control room can control and manage the TV sets in the classroom (channels, volume, switches, etc.).
Important events and programs are required to be watched uniformly throughout the school.
Please design a plan and list the equipment.

2. System design analysis

This unit mainly wants to establish a closed-circuit television system to broadcast the school ’s own programs and broadcast news and important programs of cable TV stations. Therefore, first of all, we must establish a closed-circuit television system capable of broadcasting 4 sets of self-run programs. One set broadcasts leadership speeches, one set is broadcast live as an important program, and two sets broadcast local cable TV programs.
It is required that the system has a control function for playback. Here we design and use the Jinmai video closed-circuit TV control management system. Install a TV management controller at each classroom end. The system can control the switch of the classroom TV power supply as required through the main control system , And set the channel to watch, to ensure that the content of the broadcast and the class to watch is in accordance with the teaching plan.
The number of programs run by the unit is mainly determined by the number of modulators. The unit requires 4 sets of programs to be played, so we need to install 4 adjacent frequency modulators in the main control room.
The unit requires the CCTV system to watch local cable TV programs, mainly to watch some news and educational TV programs, or some TV teaching programs. In order to be economical and practical and easy to manage, we need to use a TV in the central control room to connect cable The TV signal is added to the TV set, the program to be watched is selected, and then the audio and video output terminal of the TV set is connected to a modulator to realize the function of rebroadcasting the program of the local cable TV station.
The unit requires unified viewing of important activities and programs, mainly to realize the mandatory insertion function. At this time, the design uses the Jinmai Video NES2000-AV16 audio and video inserter. When all people are required to watch the leader ’s speech or important news, the program to be broadcast can be inserted into all Channel to achieve the function of watching important programs in a unified way.

3. Main functions of the system

o Receive external cable TV program system can receive all channels of the external cable TV system, and selectively broadcast to the unit's TV system to achieve control and management functions.

o The authorization management master control system can perform authorization management on the program sources and occupied channels used by each classroom and teaching and research room.

o The live broadcast system can cover all live or partial TV signals such as live broadcasts and principal speeches, and broadcast live to all or part of the classroom.

o The control room of the TV control center can control the power switch, volume increase and decrease, channel conversion, etc. of the TV in the classroom through the main control system.
