Install and use

The working place of this workbench should be in a clean working room (preferably placed in the primary purification room of 100,000 or 300,000 class), plug in the power supply, and turn it on according to the function shown on the control panel. Before starting the machine, the work surface and the casing of the purification station should be carefully cleaned to remove surface area dust. Normal operation can be carried out ten minutes after the machine is turned on.
