It is reported that the study lasted for 25 years. For the first time, the researchers established a technical method for judging the material eutectic point on the basis of the combination of material resistance value and impedance change rate. The vacuum degree is precisely controlled by the gas permeation method, and the freeze-drying efficiency is improved by about 30% and realized. The entire process of the freeze-drying process is automatically controlled.
It is understood that the freeze-drying process is a complex heat and mass transfer process involving refrigeration, vacuum, cryogenic medicine and many other disciplines. Freeze-drying technology has been widely used in many fields such as pharmaceutical production and specimen preservation.
