The situation has changed, but it cannot fundamentally solve the problem.
Under such circumstances, the technicians judge that there is a problem with the drying system of the equipment and require the equipment department to solve it. After the equipment maintenance personnel arrived at the site, the oven, heat exchanger, steam valve, temperature control system instrument and electric valve, humidifier, fan and air volume were carefully checked, and the equipment parts were in good condition. Normally, the air volume, humidity, and temperature are all within the scope of the control requirements, and the problem of equipment can be basically eliminated.
Finally, through the analysis of the samples, it was found that these white spots occur in all parts of the product, and the problems are universal. Therefore, the problems of materials and coating solutions should be considered. After replacing the materials of different manufacturers, the problem remains. Therefore, the coating liquid supplier was asked to test it.
