The principle of construction of the device:
1. Working principle: A single piece of plastic film is formed into a film tube through a forming machine, and after the sealing and heating block is pressed and sealed together, the whole bag making process of printing, feeding, filling, sealing and cutting is completed.
2. Main drive system: The main drive system adopts x120WD0.37-2-1/43 planetary cycloid reducer to drive the sprocket to rotate the main shaft, drive the vertical seal cam, send bevel gear, push rod cam, and transverse seal cam. Fill the regulator and complete all the operations of the machine.

Regular maintenance of equipment:
1) Every two months, maintenance should be carried out on the bottom roller assembly of the feeder, replace the friction plates, add a little butter to the timing pulley bearings, and clean the interior of the feeder with compressed air.
2) The measuring sensor should be cleaned every month.
3) Clean the pressure regulator filter element every month with clean water.
4) Carry out maintenance and repairs on conveyor belts, transmission gears and guide rails every year to remove grease and apply new butter.
